Brad Lee Peterson is the co-founder of Fit.Done.Well. and owner of Target’d Fitness and Meal Prep.
In his previous roles as Personal Training Department Head of Lifetime Fitness and Strength/Conditioning Specialist and therapeutic clinician for both Strength Training Inc. and Physiotherapy Assoc., Peterson was responsible for the company’s increasing development and expansion efforts into a high-growth market of client/patient acquisition and retention, as well as employee development and nutrition ‘best practices’.
Before joining Lifetime Fitness in February 2010, Peterson received his Bachelor’s from Adam State College and Small Business degree from Arizona State University, where he acquired his 2x All-American status in Wrestling. He further
pursued his love of competition in became a 2x World Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu medalist and in 2007 began a Mixed Matial Arts career traveling various parts of the world.
Through his travels he found comfort and peace in the many cultural and spiritual practices around the world. He has taken his experience and knowledge to co-develop a system that integrates the practice of developing and maintaining a Strong Body, Open Mind, and Kind Heart.
